Research Triangle Park, N.C.—September 01, 2015— Syncfusion, Inc., the enterprise technology partner of choice for software development, introduces the Syncfusion Dev Spotlight, a new blog series featuring development projects from around the globe. Readers of the Syncfusion Dev Spotlight series will gain insights into their peers' development processes and favorite features.
The first posts in the series share projects created by developers from India and Turkey using Syncfusion controls. Shivkanwer Singh and Murat Gur both created apps that are now available in the Microsoft Store. When choosing a technology partner, Gur and Singh noted the quality of Syncfusion support and the wide range of controls and libraries found in Essential Studio were key factors in their decision.
Singh, a developer in India, chose Essential Studio for his journaling app, Bloom Diary. Syncfusion controls provided him with the UI functions he needed, and without a steep learning curve. That, combined with the efficiency of the development process, made Essential Studio an obvious choice for Singh. "Using Syncfusion controls saved me time by allowing me to focus on the core functionality of the app," said Singh. "This also sped up my product's release."
Turkish developer Gur set out to provide Windows Phone users with a personal finance app with a better user interface than apps already on the market. He got the idea for the app when he couldn't find a solution that met his own needs. Gur felt that many of the finance apps on the market were too technical, and were better suited to finance brokers. Akche, the app Gur created, was designed for an average individual hoping to manage his or her personal budget. Syncfusion's solutions allowed Gur to respond quickly to user input and implement rapid improvement.
"One of the users said, 'Can you add a calculator?' Ten minutes later, I added a whole functional calculator and released the update," said Gur. "You can imagine the user's response."
