The site has been completely redesigned to include even more comprehensive information about all of the Syncfusion Windows Forms and ASP.NET components. It also includes simplified navigation and improved search functionality. There is an exclusive new section highlighting and delving into Syncfusion support for the latest technologies.
Fast and easy access to the precise information needed is the chief goal of the Syncfusion website redesign. Navigation of the site has been simplified with the addition of dropdown menus and breadcrumbs. The search function has been greatly improved to provide better accuracy and paginated results.
Enhanced product overviews provide extensive explanations of each library’s capabilities and offerings. With feature tours, demos, handy PDF summaries, and concise overviews of licensing info, package details, and included subscription services the Products section is more useful than ever before. Here developers have access to complete information about all Syncfusion components, even before an actual download, as well as a set of useful samples to serve as guideposts during the evaluation.
On the new site the evaluation process has been revamped with a new set of download options. In addition to the comprehensive Essential Studio Enterprise Edition evaluation developers interested in a subset of Syncfusion’s range of products will have the option to select any of several “lighter” installs including: Essential Studio ASP.NET Edition, Essential Studio Windows Forms Edition, and Essential Studio BackOffice Edition. A useful matrix describing each of the packages allows developers to target their evaluation straightaway and avoid taking up unnecessary time and bandwidth.
The Syncfusion website is designed to function as an information hub for developers by integrating technical articles, samples, whitepapers, product details, and event news into a package geared towards developers looking to maximize the potential of Syncfusion offerings within their applications. Core technical content that customers depend on is readily available and will be updated on a regular basis. The new site design also ensures quick access to information about the ongoing additions and changes to Syncfusion products in an easy-to-locate Release Notes section. Feature additions and fixes for the latest Essential Studio release are already documented there, and customers will soon be able to access an archive of release notes for historical Essential Studio versions, providing a complete overview of how Syncfusion offerings have evolved form one release to the next.
The new website also retains all the resources Syncfusion customers have come to count on. The Direct-Trac support system, Knowledgebase, forums, ASP.NET and Windows Forms FAQS, Evaluation Center, and log of feature requests and open issues are all present and accounted for.
