Mansour Abou Jaoude is the head developer and architect at RenDter BV, an information and communications technology company based in the Netherlands. RenDter makes modular software solutions for organizations of any size.
Challenges
Mansour and the RenDter team were in the process of making an internal data-driven application that tracks information about notifications, from the assigned agent to the cost associated with the solution. At first, Mansour was using DevExtreme and jQWidgets, but he wanted something that didn’t require a mix of Java and .NET, so he went looking for an alternative. That was when he found Syncfusion® Essential Studio®.
Solution
To be able to include all the functionality he wanted in the application, Mansour needed a more comprehensive solution. He happened upon the DocumentEditor component, which allowed him to work in a browser by using templates and placeholders. Another component he took to using was the dynamic Grid, which allowed for filtering and more interactivity with data.
“The main reason I chose Syncfusion components is the DocumentEditor and its support in Java,” Mansour said. “The DocumentEditor was the first eye-catcher because we didn’t need to run our application on two different platforms, Windows and Linux, to realize it.”
Results
Even though it took some time to get to know the Syncfusion documentation, Mansour now enjoys using Essential Studio components, all of which come with user-friendly UI, a trusted support team, and a wide variety of features.
