Management Team

Co-Founder, President and CEO, Stefan Hoenig ensures that Syncfusion blazes new trails in the software component industry, all in an effort to produce leading-edge software component libraries. Stefan's leadership and vision enable developers to produce quality software with ease.
Prior to co-founding Syncfusion, Stefan led the design and architectural effort of several foundational products at Rogue Wave Software. Stefan also managed the implementation effort for several industry-leading C++ class libraries. Stefan's roots are in Munich, Germany, where he grew up and later attended the Technical University at Muenchen (TUM).

As Vice President, Daniel Jebaraj leads Syncfusion's Product Development. Daniel oversees overall product development and plans for specific releases. By actively engaging with customers, Daniel ensures that each new product improves based on customer feedback. Previously, as Vice President of Development, Daniel focused on driving product development at Syncfusion. Before joining Syncfusion in 2001, Daniel managed development teams at Rogue Wave Software.
Daniel holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.

Dr. Clay Burch is the Director of Technical Support at Syncfusion, Inc. Since 2002, he has been a Microsoft MVP for C# and .NET Windows Forms technologies.
Prior to working at Syncfusion, Clay was a consultant, trainer, and support engineer for Rogue Wave Software's Stingray Division. In 1979, Clay founded a company that developed investment software for personal computers. For 20 years he designed and implemented personal investment software sold by Dow Jones and Co., Standard and Poor's, and RTR Software. He also taught mathematics and computer science at Northwestern University and the University of Texas at El Paso. Clay is a graduate of N.C. State University and earned his Ph.D. from Tulane University.

As Director of Sales, Al Esquilin oversees the sales and customer service activities of Syncfusion, where he has worked since April 2010.
Before joining Syncfusion, Al was account manager for GFI, a software company in RTP, NC. Prior to GFI, Al served eight years at Bowe Bell & Howell, where he managed the customer service team of their Software Business Solutions Division working exclusively with the organization’s strategic client base. Al was also Regional Operations Manager of Bowe Bell & Howell’s Service Division. From starting as a buyer for American Express, to his extensive management experience in sales and customer service for a variety of technology companies, Al brings a diverse background and skill set to Syncfusion. As a result, he encourages his team to provide a consultative, solution-oriented sales and customer service approach with current and prospective customers to maintain Syncfusion's position as an industry leader in the Windows component space.
Al attended The College of Insurance (now part of St. John’s University) in New York City, NY, majoring in Business Management.
