Does the beta version have a go-live license?

Yes, the beta version has a go-live license; you can submit applications built with Essential Studio for Windows Phone 8 to the Windows phone app store.

Will there be more beta versions between now and the final release? Will they remain free?

Yes, we have planned several beta updates containing bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new controls. All beta versions will be free and will not expire after the final product is released.

Do you have components for Windows Phone 7?

Currently we do not offer components for Windows Phone 7.
