How to generate an Unlock key?
Syncfusion installer will not unlock if you have entered the unlock key in any of the following three scenarios.
Invalid key
Invalid Essential Studio version license key
Invalid platform license key
When you have entered the key other than the Syncfusion generated key, the following error message will be shown. You have entered an invalid key. To generate the correct unlock key, please refer to this article: KB-2322
- Licensed customers can login in to the Direct-Trac and generate the unlock key based on the Licenses for the Syncfusion platforms you have.
- Evaluation customers can access the Evaluation page for 30 day trial key which unlock the latest version.
Invalid Essential Studio version license key
When you try to unlock a particular version installer with another version of unlock key, the following error message will be shown. You are trying to unlock {version} setup with an incorrect key from {version}. Please refer to this article: KB-2322
All Syncfusion keys are also Version specific. You have to use the unlock key that belongs to the respective version. Please use the unlock key of the corresponding version you are trying to install by getting the license key from Direct-Trac.
When you try to unlock a Platform installer with another platform key, the following error message will be shown. You are trying to unlock {Platform name} setup with a {Platform name} unlock key. Please refer to this article: KB-2322
All Syncfusion keys are Platform specific. You have to use the unlock key that belongs to the respective platform. Please use the Essential Studio complete or corresponding platform license key by getting the license key from Direct-Trac.
