RangeSlider response is slow when the maximum API is set to a higher value

When the RangeSlider is defined with a larger value for the Maximum API and the SnapsTo API is set to "StepValues" the slider gets stuck when moved and updates after a delay.


Replication Steps:

- Run the sample [LooksyApp_f8fea2a1.zip]

- Signup and click the Camera button.

- Check the tick mark and Slider page will appear.
- Move the slider.
