Pades Digital Signature Sample
This repository provides a working example of how to sign PDF files with PAdES-compliant digital signatures using .NET, demonstrating X.509 certificate-based signing with both visible and invisible signature appearances, embedding signature metadata directly into the document, and validating long-term document integrity to meet international PAdES standards, while also illustrating best practices for private key handling and certificate chain management to support compliance-sensitive and legally regulated PDF-based workflows.
How to run the examples
- Download this project to a location in your disk.
- Open the solution file using Visual Studio.
- Rebuild the solution to install the required NuGet package.
- Run the application.
