The hierarchical navigator provides a bread crumb navigation interface that supports different skins such as Windows 7, Office 2010 Blue, Office 2010 Black, Office 2010 Silver, Office 2007 Blue, Office 2007 Black, Office 2007 Silver, and Blend.
This feature allows you to easily edit a navigation path with the autocomplete option.
Whenever a user navigates to a different path, the previous paths will be saved. Those paths can be shown by clicking on the arrow near the Refresh button. Doing so will display a drop-down box with a list of all the previous paths.
You can restrict the number of levels that that can be selected in a navigation path. By assigning a value for the MaxDrillDown property (integer) in the hierarchical navigator control, the maximum level will be set.
The progress bar for the hierarchical navigator control can be displayed or removed.

A tooltip can be displayed for each hierarchical navigator item and drop-down item. By setting the ShowToolTip Boolean property to true in the hierarchical navigator control, tooltips will be enabled for all items.
