The PivotChart control is a lightweight control that reads OLAP and relational data, visualizes it in graphical format with the ability to drill up and down.
Extensive support to bind both OLAP and relational data sources.
Our PivotChart control are supported in all the major browsers in use today which includes
PivotChart control has built-in support for drilling in or out to visualize the multi-dimensional and relational data. Allowing this to be driven by the Context Menu makes it intuitive to the user.
PivotChart supports common chart types, including Column, Stacking Column, Bar, Stacking Bar, Area, Step Area, Spline Area, Stacking Area, Pie, Pyramid, Line, Step Line and Spline.
PivotChart control can display user-defined dimensions and measures through OLAP Report to define and add dimensions and measures. The calculated members are classified into two types:
A named set is a multidimensional expression (MDX) that returns a set of dimension members, which can be defined and saved as a part of the cube definition. Named sets are created by combining cube data, arithmetic operators, numbers and functions. Named sets simplify MDX queries and provide useful aliases for complex, typically used, set expressions.
A color code helps to differentiate between chart items. The legend has labels beside each color to present some detail about the series.
Marker is a symbolic representation of points in PivotChart. Cross Hair will return the exact data for the X and Y co-ordinates under the pointer.
PivotChart provides option to display chart series information such as measures, row and column member names and values of a current segment while hovering each individual series.
PivotChart can be exported to the formats listed below.
Localization is the process of customizing the user interface (UI) based upon the local culture setting. Using this feature, data can be displayed in a specific language.
PivotChart supports 12 different types of pre-defined themes allowing users to switch between them to view the controls in different formats. Supported themes are flat-azure, flat-azure-dark, flat-lime, flat-lime-dark, flat-saffron, flat-saffron-dark, gradient-azure, gradient-azure-dark, gradient-lime, and gradient-lime-dark, gradient-saffron and gradient-saffron-dark.
Responsive layout is aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience - easy reading. It also provides navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling across a wide range of devices from tablet to desktop. By using this feature, you can achieve an effective view of the PivotChart in all devices including desktops, tablets, mobiles, etc.
Angular Binding provides structural Framework for dynamic web apps. It lets you use HTML as your template language and lets you extend HTML’s syntax to express your application’s components clearly and succinctly.
Knockout binding system provides a concise and powerful way to link data to the UI. It’s generally easy and obvious to bind to simple data properties.
