How to enable drag-and-drop in the GroupView control

The GroupView control has a built-in drag-and-drop implementation that is turned off by default. Setting the GroupView control’s AllowDragDrop property to True will allow GroupViewItems to be dragged to/from the control.
NOTE: The control’s drag-and-drop implementation uses the space between successive GroupViewItems to determine the insertion point and hence the GroupView.ItemSpacing property value should be sufficiently large (>= 2) for the drag-and-drop to work accurately.
