How to improve the rendering quality of a PDF document in WPF PDFViewer?

1 min read

The rendering quality of the PDF document is improved at sample level by setting the ‘UseLayoutRounding’ property of the WPF PDFViewer Control to ‘true’.

Refer to the following code snippets for your reference.

//Sets the UseLayoutRounding property of pdfviewercontrol to true
<Grid >
        <PdfViewer:PdfViewerControl x:Name="pdfViewer1" UseLayoutRounding="True"/>
</Grid>

View sample in GitHub.

Note:

Setting the ‘UseLayoutRounding’ property may degrade the rendering quality of PDF viewer in some zoom factors. This is the behavior of GDI+ rendering engine.
