Our install packages are zipped up into a WinZip self-extracting executable file. When the "Setup" button is pressed, the packaged files are extracted to a temporary folder.
After the files are extracted, the executable attempts to launch the extracted "Setup.exe". If there is a "Setup.exe" file in the same directory as the self-extracting executable, then this setup program is run instead. It may also be possible that there is a "Setup.exe" file in another temporary folder. To get around this, make sure that there is no conflicting setup file in the directory.
