How to export Excel data to CSV file?

Syncfusion Essential XlsIO is a .NET Excel library used to create, read, and edit Excel documents. Using this library, you can export an Excel file with data into CSV file.

 

Steps to export Excel data into CSV file programmatically:

 

  1. Create a new C# console application project.

 

Create empty Console application in Visual Studio

 

  1. Install the Syncfusion.XlsIO.Base NuGet package as reference to your .NET Framework applications from NuGet.org.

 

Add XlsIO reference to a project

 

  1. Include the following namespace in the Program.cs file.

 

 

 

  1. Use the following code snippet to export an Excel file with data into CSV file.

By executing the program, you will get the Excel file as follows.
