How to convert XPS to PDF in C#, VB.NET

The XPS (XML Paper Specification) and OXPS (Open XML Paper Specification) is a fixed document formats consists of structured XML markup that defines the layout of a document and the visual appearance of each page.

Syncfusion Essential PDF is a .NET PDF library used to create, read, and edit PDF documents. Using this library, you can convert XPS and OXPS documents to PDF in C# and VB.NET.

Steps to convert XPS to PDF programmatically:

  1. Create a new C# console application project.

  1. Install the Syncfusion.Pdf.Base NuGet package as reference to your .NET Framework application from NuGet.org.

 

  1. Include the following namespace in the Program.cs file.

 

 

  1. Use the following code snippet to convert XPS to PDF document.
