How to resolve SfDiagram not rendering issue in iOS and UWP

Description:
This article describes how to resolve SfDiagram not rendering issue in iOS and UWP.
Solution:
Xamarin does not load the renderer assemblies, by default, in iOS and UWP projects, so in order to solve this, you have to manually load it by calling Init method of SfDiagramRenderer class in the respective projects as mentioned below.
iOS Project
Call Init method of SfDiagramRenderer in FinishedLaunching overridden method of AppDelegate class in iOS Project as shown below,

UWP Project
Call Init method of SfDiagramRenderer in the constructor of MainPage in UWP project as shown below.
