How to resolve exception issue in 16.1.0.24

How to resolve “Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture” crashing issue in v16.1.0.24 WPF setup

If you have installed Essential Studio WPF platform setup in v16.1.0.24 and facing the below crashing issue in Framework 4.5 while using the assembly file “Syncfusion.Tools.WPF”, “Syncfusion.Shared.WPF” or “Syncfusion.Chart.WPF” then we suggest installing the below patch file to resolve the issue.

Crash information:

Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture.  Make sure "Syncfusion.Windows.Tools.Controls.Resources.Syncfusion.Tools.Wpf.en-US.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "Syncfusion.Tools.Wpf" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.
