How to delete account?

You can delete your account using following steps.

 

  1. Login and go to Edit Profile page, this option available in two places.
  1. In Menu, Click your name in your account popup.

     

  1. Open Direct-Trac page from menu and click “Profile”, please find the following screenshot.

 

  1. You can see Delete Account option in bottom of the page please click Delete Account button.

 

  1. Then the confirmation pop up window will open then click “YES” button. After, that your account will remove from our website.

 

 

  1. If you are a valid license user, you can’t delete your account from website using above steps. Please contact our Support team to delete your account.

 

  1. You can create support incident to delete your account.
