Syncfusion Control Panel hangs in machine with higher resolution if we click the missing software button. We have already fixed this issue and the fix has been included in 2017 Volume 3 Service Pack 1 release (v188.8.131.52).
We have provided the patch for the 2017 Volume 3 release v184.108.40.206 below. Follow the steps suggested below and apply the patch if you are using v220.127.116.11.
2. Close the already running SyncfusionControlPanel.exe.
3. Take a backup of Launcher folder from the below location.
C:\Program Files (x86) \Syncfusion\Essential Studio\18.104.22.168\Infrastructure
4. Copy and replace the Launcher folder from the extracted zip file to the above location.
5. Now, open the Syncfusion Control Panel.exe from above location or from desktop shortcut and click the missing software button. Now, you can check the list of missing software in your machine.
