I have a problem in production and integrated security only when the user is a server administrator, the other users do not convert :(

Apparently he works with administrator permissions, which is impossible for a web application on IIS, can it be?

Hi Jorge,

While converting HTML to PDF, our WebKit HTML converter generates temporary files on temp folders. So, it requires full access permission to the temp folder for respective user group. By default, WebKit HTML converter gets system temporary folder for creating temporary files for conversion. Please refer the example of default temporary folder and make sure below path has elevated permission for the respective user.

  • C:\Users\<>\AppData\Local\Temp
  • C:\Windows\Temp

For converting HTML to PDF in IIS, we need to provide full access permission to the temp folder (C://windows//Temp//) for computername/IIS_IUSRS user group. If still you are facing the same error, please provide us the error logs, code snippet and environment details through the Syncfusion Direct-Trac support system.
