How to change the level of Nodes in DirectedTreeLayout?

We have a support to change the level of Nodes in DirectedTreeLayout. We have provided an ArrangeChildren virtual method to override order of Children in Collection based on some constraints. This method will helps to update the Children’s Position based on runtime changes. We have provided screenshot and sample to represent this.
