How to set the Tick frequency in the SfRadialSlider?

1 min read

To set the intervals of the Ticks along the track in the SfRadialSlider, TickFrequency property can be used. The same has been demonstrated in the following code example.

XAML:

<Page
x:Class="WinRT_KB_Application.MainPage"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
xmlns:local="using:WinRT_KB_Application"
xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
xmlns:navigation="using:Syncfusion.UI.Xaml.Controls.Navigation"
mc:Ignorable="d">
<Grid x:Name="Grid1" Background="{StaticResource ApplicationPageBackgroundThemeBrush}" >
<navigation:SfRadialSlider x:Name="_Radial" Minimum="0" Maximum="100" TickFrequency="5"/>
</Grid>
</Page>

C#:

using Syncfusion.UI.Xaml.Controls;
using Windows.UI;
// The Blank Page item template is documented at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=234238
namespace WinRT_KB_Application
{
/// <summary>
/// An empty page that can be used on its own or navigated to within a Frame.
/// </summary>
public sealed partial class MainPage : Page
{
public MainPage()
{
this.InitializeComponent();

SfRadialSlider _Radial = new SfRadialSlider();
_Radial.Minimum = 0;
_Radial.Maximum = 100;
_Radial.TickFrequency = 5;
Grid1.Children.Add(_Radial);
}
/// <summary>
/// Invoked when this page is about to be displayed in a Frame.
/// </summary>
/// <param name="e">Event data that describes how this page was reached. The Parameter
/// property is typically used to configure the page.</param>
protected override void OnNavigatedTo(NavigationEventArgs e)
{
}
}
}
