You can disable Selection of Nodes and Connectors by removing selectable constraints in WPF Diagram (SfDiagram). Please refer to the code snippet as below.

diagram.Constraints = diagram.Constraints & ~GraphConstraints.Selectable;

Code to disable the selection of particular Node and Connector

node.Constraints = node.Constraints & ~NodeConstraints.Selectable;
