ContentChanged is not fired all time ! and it's very annoying !
Arumuga Perumal S [Syncfusion] Feb 11, 2016
The ContentChanged event will be triggered each time if any edit operations performed in SfRichTextBoxAdv such as insert, delete, cut, copy, paste and formatting the contents. For more information, please check our online KB from following link. KB Link https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/3651/how-to-identify-the-content-changes-in-sfrichtextboxadv In case, if your requirement is to trigger an event after loading/opening the document, we will add an event named “DocumentChanged” for this purpose in the forthcoming release. I support this requirement.  the HtmlText should be updated for all changes.

We have added "DocumentChanged" event support in SfRichTextBoxAdv control in order to identify whenever the document changes. This event has been supported from our Essential Studio version
