How do I create and use BaseStyles?

The appearance of the grid's grouping elements can be customized through the use of base styles. New BaseStyles can be added using the GridTableBaseStyle Collection Editor which can be lauched by clicking on the BaseStyles property in the property editor and these base styles can be applied via the BaseStyle property.
