How can I add Navigation and Pager Bars?

Navigation and pager bars can be added by clicking on the ButtonBars property of the GridGroupingControl and launching the ButtonBar Collection Editor.

Using this editor users can add either a NavigationBar or a PagerBar which include standard buttons for navigating or paging the GridControl or add a custom ButtonBar to which they can add buttons as per their requirement.
