You can set the hyperlink for a specific cell in the PivotGrid by performing the custom operation in the application. This is described in the following code example.
In the PivotGrid DOM, under each <td> tag, there is an attribute p that indicates the position of the table cell. The syntax is p=Column Index, Row Index. For example, p=2,3 indicates the cell positions at the third column, that is, Column Index + 1, and at fourth row, that is, Row Index + 1. This acts as a key point to select the cells at a specific position.
In the following code example, the fifth column is selected completely and hyperlink option is added on a simple button click. By using the code example td[p*='4,'], the fifth column in the PivotGrid is selected completely. While hovering the mouse, hyperlink is enabled by adding the pre-defined hyperlinkCell class, and while moving out the hyperlinkCell class is removed. On hovering a cell at the fifth column and on clicking the hyperlink, an AJAX post happens to the service end, via doAjaxPost that carries the cell information as parameter for the custom manipulation at the service end.
