This KB illustrates that how to solve broken image and tooltip problems in IIS. SolutionTo avoid broken image problem in OlapChart and Tooltip problem in OlapGrid, add the handlers into the web.config file as given in the following code sample. HandlersOLAP Chart control uses HttpHandler, by default, to procure the images of chart, label, and legend, each time. Therefore, it is required to include the ChartWebHandler in the handler section of the web.config file. OLAP Grid control uses HttpHandler, by default, to procure data from the OLAP server on member drill-down and header cell tooltip. Therefore, it requires inclusion of OlapDataHandler in the handler section of the web.config file. The following code example illustrates how to add handlers in the web.config file for both the OLAP Chart and Grid.
