What is the difference between the Readonly and Browseonly?

Description

By default, the ReadOnly and BrowseOnly properties are used to disable the edit mode in the grid. But these two properties have the following differences.

Differences

  • In the ReadOnly property, the whole grid or range of cells can be restricted from being edited, but in the BrowseOnly property the whole grid is restricted from being edited.

  • In the ReadOnly property, when the cell is clicked, the cursor is displayed in the cell, but in the BrowseOnly property there is no cursor inside the cell.

  • In the ReadOnly property, the filtering dropdown is enabled and filtering operation is performed to the grid, but in the BrowseOnly property, there is no filtering operation.
