How to configure the Syncfusion LightSwitch Extension in Visual Studio?

When Visual Studio 2013 Community is installed, LightSwitch platform is not configured, as default. So, configure LightSwitch in Visual Studio 2013 Community from the following MSDN blog:

To configure Syncfusion LightSwitch Extension in Visual Studio:

Follow the steps to configure the Syncfusion LightSwitch Extension in Visual Studio.

  1. Open Command Prompt in the Administrator mode and navigate to the mentioned installed location.

Location: {Drive:}\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\{Version}\Utilities\LightSwitch Extensions

Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\12.4.0.24\Utilities\LightSwitch Extensions

  1. Run the InstallLightSwitchExtension.exe with the mentioned arguments.

Arguments: lightswitchhtml,lightswitchsilverlight {Version}

Example: lightswitchhtml,lightswitchsilverlight 12.4.0.24

  1. Now, both the LightSwitch Silverlight and LightSwitch HTML extensions are configured in Visual Studio.
