The following steps helps you to add the EJWEB Schedule control manually into the ASP.NET application.

Step 1: Create the ASP.NET application in the Visual Studio.

Step 2: Drag and drop the Schedule control from the ToolBox to the design page, and ensure that the register assembly reference details are present in the design page. Refer to the following screenshots.

Step 3: Ensure that the necessary assemblies are added to the reference of your project as follows.

Figure 3: Necessary assembly reference

Step 4: Add the necessary assembly information to the Web.config file of your project.

Web.Config

<assemblies>

        <add assembly="Syncfusion.EJ.Web, Version=XX.XXXX.X.XX, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3D67ED1F87D44C89"/>

        <add assembly="System.Design, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=B03F5F7F11D50A3A"/>

        <add assembly="Syncfusion.EJ, Version= XX.XXXX.X.XX, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3D67ED1F87D44C89"/>

        <add assembly="System.Windows.Forms, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=B77A5C561934E089"/>

      </assemblies>

Note: In the above code examples XX.XXXX.X.XX specifies the Assembly version. For example, refer to the following code examples.

Web.config

<add assembly="Syncfusion.EJ, Version= 13.2450.0.29, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3D67ED1F87D44C89"/>

<add assembly="Syncfusion.EJ.Web, Version=13.2450.0.29, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3D67ED1F87D44C89"/>

Step 5: Add the necessary scripts and themes to your sample application as given in the following code example.

Figure 4: Necessary scripts and themes reference

Step 6: Add reference to the added scripts and stylesheets in the Site.Master page as follows.

Site.Master

<link href="Content/default-theme/ej.widgets.all.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />

        <script src="Scripts/jquery-1.10.2.min.js"></script>

        <script src="Scripts/ej/jsrender.min.js"></script>

        <script src="Scripts/ej/jquery.easing-1.3.min.js"></script>

        <script src="Scripts/ej/jquery.globalize.min.js"></script>

        <script src="Scripts/ej/ej.web.all.min.js"></script>

        <script src="Scripts/ej/ej.webform.min.js"></script>

        <%--We need to refer to this script to trigger server side methods (Ex.Schedule1_ServerAppointmentSaved) %>

Step 7: Run the code. Now, the Schedule control is rendered as follows.
