How to enable animation in ASP.NET MVC Chart?

1 min read

Essential ASP.NET MVC Chart provides animation support for all the types of series. By default, animation is enabled for all the series and can be customized by using the EnableAnimation property. Animation can be enabled or disabled for all the series in the Chart by using the EnableAnimation property in the CommonSeriesOptions. To enable or disable animation for a specific series, EnableAnimation property of the series in series collection should be used. The following code example illustrates this.

CSHTML

    @(Html.EJ().Chart("container")
          .CommonSeriesOptions(options => options.EnableAnimation(false))
          .Series(series =>
          {
               series.EnableAnimation(true).Add();
               . . . . . . .
          })
          . . . . . . . .
