How to get a full quality output during RTF to PDF conversion?

It is possible to get a good quality output during RTF to PDF, by drawing RTF as a metafile image into PDF, as this increases the quality of the output. The following code example shows how to increase the quality of the output during RTF to PDF conversion.

Dear suppport!

This is what I need just for an ASP Core Blazor app. How to do this? Exact use case:

Pdf is generated with text, grids e.t.c however half page of rtf text should be imported as well, as per my testings this "rtf injection" would suffice for me, however for.NET core.

Can you suggest me something?
