How to maintain the negative value format in WinForms IntegerTextBox?

1 min read

In WinForms IntegerTextBox, the negative value format can be maintained by using the NegativeInputPendingOnSelectAll and DeleteSelectionOnNegative properties.

You can use the following code examples to achieve this requirement.

C#

this.integerTextBox1.NegativeInputPendingOnSelectAll = true;
this.integerTextBox1.DeleteSelectionOnNegative = false;

 VB

Me.integerTextBox1.NegativeInputPendingOnSelectAll = True
Me.integerTextBox1.DeleteSelectionOnNegative = False

The following link contains the sample that illustrates the above code snippet.
