How to use WPF RichTextBoxAdv control in Windows Forms application?

The RichTextBoxAdv control allows you to view, edit, and print rich text contents, and also import and export the Html, Xaml, Text files and Word documents (".doc", ".docx"). If you need to add rich user experience as like Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to your existing application is in Windows Forms, then it is more effective to embed one or more feature rich WPF controls to your existing Windows Forms application. You can host the Syncfusion WPF RichTextBoxAdv control to your existing Windows Forms application using ElementHost in Windows Forms.

The below sample demonstrates how to host Syncfusion WPF RichTextBoxAdv control in Windows Forms application.

This is almost working. I'm using the first sample file, but I'm not able to change the font. Any suggestions?

Hi Ola Mallaug,

We kindly recommend you to use the new SfRichTextBoxAdv control. Since, the RichTextBoxAdv control is classic version. Whereas SfRichTextBoxAdv is a new control that works more similar to Microsoft Word, and all the new enhancements are done only in this control. So please prefer using SfRichTextBoxAdv control with all the new features.

For more information, please refer the UG documentation of SfRichTextBoxAdv from the following link,
