Resolving the “Preparing to install” installation issue
This issue may arise when the Essential Studio installation has not been started in your machine.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue.
1) Navigate to the Temp directory (Click Start, type %temp% in the Search box, and then press Enter) and clear all the files and folders in that directory.
2) Restart your machine.
3) Reinstall the Essential studio.
