Resolving "Missing Software" issue in Syncfusion Dashboard

 

This can happen due to any one of the following reasons:

1.    Required software has not been installed in your system - If you have not installed the required software, please install them, and then click Recheck button at the bottom of the Essential Studio Dashboard to perform a recheck on the missing software, and then click Yes.

2.    Required software has been installed after Essential Studio setup installation - If you have installed the required software in your machine after completing theEssential Studio setup installation, please click Recheck button at the bottom of the Essential Studio Dashboard to perform a recheck on the missing software, and click Yes.

Finally, you must restart the Syncfusion Dashboard once the recheck is performed by clicking on Start -> Syncfusion -> Essential Studio x.x.x.x -> Dashboard.?

 

Note:

1.     This Knowledge Base article is also applicable to the Orubase Studio.

2.     x.x.x.x refers to Studio version.?
