To resolve the Visual Studio 2010 crashing while the toolbox loading issue, please follow these steps:

1. Remove all *.tbd files except the toolbox.tbd from the following folder (if exists): For Windows XP machines: C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0 For Vista/Windows 7 machines: C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0
2. Reinstall your version of Syncfusion Essential Studio.
3. Run Visual Studio 2010 and open the toolbox. The first time will take a while as the toolbox cache needs to be constructed.
4. Close Visual Studio 2010.
5. Re-open Visual Studio 2010 and open the toolbox. It should open quickly since the cache is already constructed.
