Syncfusion first started providing .NET Framework 4.0 and Visual Studio 2010 support in version 8.1.0.30. Please refer the below Read Me file:

Note:

We provide support only for full .NET Framework 4.0. We don’t provide support for .NETFramework 4 Client Profile.
