How to unlock range of cells in which the sheet is protected for formatting columns?

Normally, locking and unlocking cells will be effective only when the sheet is protected.

But to unlocking cells with formatting columns options, the range of cells must be unlocked by setting Locked property as false and then the sheet must be protected with UnLockedCells, LockedCells flags along with FormattingColumns flag. Please refer the below code snippet that illustrate this.

C#

VB
