How to unlock range of cells in which the sheet is protected for formatting columns?

Platform: WinForms |
Control: XlsIO |
Published Date: April 30, 2011 |
Last Revised Date: July 18, 2014

Normally, locking and unlocking cells will be effective only when the sheet is protected.

But to unlocking cells with formatting columns options, the range of cells must be unlocked by setting Locked property as false and then the sheet must be protected with UnLockedCells, LockedCells flags along with FormattingColumns flag. Please refer the below code snippet that illustrate this.

good morning,

i'm trying to follow Your suggest but still i can't get what i need. I repeat: i would like to: 1) protect all the cells of some rows 2) be able to insert and delete rows (different than point 1) 3) avoid to add or cancel columns

In the sample You sent me , once i applied the protection i can no more insert rows or delete any rows

Furthermore i have no access to the last link you sent me http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/directtrac/89898/XlsIO_ProtectedFormattingColumns-588193860.zip

Waiting for Your support Thank You Best regards Marco Del Frate
