Can Essential XlsIO be used to view Excel files?

No, XlsIO cannot be used to view Excel files. XlsIO is an object model that exists in the memory and is used to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets. The final output is that the Excel files that are created in memory are saved onto a disk or to a stream. This file has to be viewed with either MS Excel or the free Excel Viewer. Excel Viewer is a free Excel viewing application that is published by Microsoft. However the created spreadsheets may be imported into Syncfusion's Essential Grid and viewed/edited.
