Why it's not possible to add CommandBarController to the form containing XPMenus and toolbars?

The CommandBars framework should be used only with the standard .NET menus/toolbars and not with Essential Tools XPMenus. Because of XPMenus designer infrastructure will freeze the .Net enviroment. Bur it is possible to add the CommandBars in a form containing XPMenus through code.
