Hi mohamed kchok,

We attempted to run the sample you provided, but unfortunately, we were unable to execute it successfully. However, based on your sample, we created a new project in .NET MAUI and tested it on an Android device. In our validation, the component worked as expected.

Validated Scenarios:

  • Opening the DateRangePicker popup and closing it.
  • Closing the popup without selecting a date using the Cancel button.
  • Closing the popup after selecting a date using the Cancel button.
  • Selecting a date range and clicking the Apply button.
  • Opening the popup and closing it using the ESC key.
  • Reopening the popup after closing with Cancel.
  • Reopening the popup after closing with Apply.
  • Navigating between months and closing the popup.
  • Selecting only a start date and closing with Cancel.
  • Selecting both start and end dates and closing with Apply.

For your reference, we have included a working sample along with a GIF demonstration below:

In order to assist us in identifying the problem and providing a better solution, we kindly request that you share the additional details mentioned below:

  • Are you experiencing this issue on a specific platform, or does it occur across all platforms (e.g., Windows, macOS, Android, iPadOS, iOS)?
  • Does the issue persist when using the latest version (32.1.25)?
  • Please share a runnable sample that demonstrates the issue you are experiencing. You may also modify the previously shared sample to reflect your specific scenario. This will help us understand how the component is integrated and handled in your project.
  • Issue replication steps.
  • A video illustrating the issue.

Your inputs will greatly help us narrow down the cause and provide a prompt resolution.

Thank you for your response.

I published the example as an Android APK and screen shot.

I use .net 8 with the last version of syncfusion v32.1.25.

Hi,

Now with the new version of  DateRangePicker  we can close the popup,

but the full-screen mode (FullScreen = "true") for the mobile App no longer works.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards.

  • Tested the working in real time Android Mobile/iPhone & Tablet/iPad

Hi Kundurthi Naga Siddartha Kundurthi Vennela Prasad.

Thank you for your response.

Here 2 videos of the  DateRangePicker  with (FullScreen = "true"behavior for the mobile App in version 31.1.18 and version 32.2.9.

FullScreen works fine at  version 31.1.18 and not in version 32.2.9.

Best regards.

Hi Mohamed,

We appreciate you sharing the video comparison demonstrating the difference between versions 31.1.18 and 32.2.9.

You are correct—this is a known behavior change introduced in version 32.2.9. We made an architectural update to treat iPad and tablet devices consistently with desktop devices rather than as mobile devices. As a result, the DateRangePicker component now renders its popup in desktop mode on tablets and iPads, which means the FullScreen property no longer functions as it did in previous versions on these larger-screen devices.

Hi  Yohapuja Selvakumaran,

Unfortunately, because full-screen mode was very practical

for touchscreens (mobile tablets...).

Thank you very much for your very efficient support.
