Change editing date format of DataGridDateColumn

Hi,


in my datagrid I have a DataGridDateColumn with format dd.MM.yyyy. This column is also editable and triggering the CurrentCellEndEdit event.

While editing the date format in the cell changes to MM/dd/yyyy. How can I set the format while editing to dd.MM.yyyy as well?

Hi Tobias Horn,

Could you please clarify whether you intend to retrieve the date column cell value with the format set in the grid column directly from the `DataGridCurrentCellEndEditEventArgs.NewValue` within the `CurrentCellEndEdit` event, or if you prefer it in the UI edit view? This clarification will assist us in better understanding your requirement and enable us to provide you with a prompt solution.

I meant in the UI edit view.
