Your latest 19.4.0.50 extension won't update. VS shows it as being available to update. When I click update, it downloads and tells me that it will update the extension on close (of VS). However, when I close VS, I get the message that all applicable updates have been installed.

So the only way to upgrade this extension is to remove it.

Then I get this:

1. Restart VS, search for it and then re-add it again. Close VS again. Same error as above. Then this:
