How to bind a Grid based from another Grid's selected row

I am thinking about having 2 grids on my page and I would like to bind the 2nd grid based on the value of a cell the selected row in the first grid.

Is this possible?

From your query we suspect you need to render Second Grid based on selection of row/Cell in first Grid. We have already discussed about this requirement in our Master-detail relationship feature which has been implemented through RowSelected event of the Grid in this below demo link:-
