Change background color of the BackStageButton

Hello,

I use a RibbonWindow with a Ribbon and the Office2019Black theme.

Now I want to change the background color of the BackStageButton which is by default blue.

I don't want to use a cutom theme created by the Theme Studio, I want to set the color by style.

Is this possible?
