Indentation Error

When opening an existing word document to the Document Editor, some of our word files will open but others we get the left indent error. 

We are using the same code base from syncfusion for Document Editor EJ2 and we are using ASP.net MVC framework as a backend.

We need to add these documents to the server.

We are checked the reported issue. Kindly share input word documents of the reported problem.so that we can proceed further and provide you solution at earliest.      

Note: If you have any confidential data in your Word document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same.

We couldn’t reproduce the reported issue, provided document opening properly without any issue. Can you please share the documenteditor version details? Also, update your server and client side script to latest version 19.1.0.54 and let us know if you still facing issue.

It is now uploading. But now I'm encountering a new error when I upload the document. Only the Logo in the header is visible. Everything else is there, you can see it when you highlight the page, but it's not visible. Attached a screen grab of what I mean.

We tried to reproduce the reported issue. we couldn’t reproduce the reported issue. 

We suspect the issue because of your client-side script referring lower version. Please upgrade your server side and client-side script error with latest version 19.1.0.56 and let us know if you still facing issue.
