Sfdatagrid with filter, refresh data and filter comes invalid

Hello

i have a sfdatagrid and i make a filter on status new, see image 1 in attachment. Then i refresh the datagrid and my filter becomes invalid??? see printscreen 2

How can i solve this?

in the refresh button i just get my data 

        OverviewOrderList.clear()

        OverviewOrderList.SetItems(DBMSOrder.GetOrdersListBySource(Me._sourceID)) 
        Me.DgSfSelection.DataSource = OverviewOrderList.getlist

What am i doing wrong here? Why is this filter not valid anymore? How can i check if a filter is still valid???

We have confirmed that the reported scenario is an issue and logged a defect report. The fix for this issue will be available in our upcoming 2018 Volume 2, SP1 release which is expected to be released in the end of July 2018.

We are glad to announce that our Essential Studio Volume  2  SP1 2018 (v16.2.0.46) is rolled out and the filtering is not applied after reassigning the DataSource when AutoGenerateColumnsMode is SmartReset is fixed in this release. It is available for download under the following link.
