Hi amine,

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products.

Based on the given information, we suspect that you are mentioning about SelectedAppointment is null while tapping the CustomView which has overridden on ScheduleAppointment in Xamarin.iOS, as per the implementation which is an expected behaviour. Your requirement of getting the Appointment details while tapping the CustomView can be achieved by setting AppointmentViewLayout of Schedule as Overlay, since which has in Default. Please find the below code example for this,

[c#]
schedule.AppointmentViewLayout = SFViewLayoutOptions.Overlay;

We have prepared a simple sample based on this scenario, please find the sample below.

Sample Link : ScheduleCustomization

If the provided solution does not meet your requirement, could you please modify the provided sample along with its reproducing procedure? It will be helpful for us to analyze on your requirement and provide you a possible solution.
Please let us know, if you have any query.

Regards,
Sivakumar P
